Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the learning needs of learners/ business.
  • Design training curriculum using the principles of Instructional Design
  • Leverage existing material (e.g. recorded calls) to customize training curriculum to cater to the end-customer requirement
  • Observe and evaluate trainee performance during training sessions
  • Track and maintain trainee attendance and certification records for audit purposes.
  • Initiate and participate in team / department projects
  • Conduct refresher and stratified training batches basis the NHT modules
  • Conduct audits and impart feedback for the targeted population- aiming to increase the training throughput and/or conversion
  • Support the National Command Center with the language assessments for hiring during periods when training batches are not active
  • Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities.

 

Key Skills and knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of V&A and Grammar, Soft Skills and Facilitation Skills
  • High levels of spoken and written communication
  • Interpersonal and team management skills
  • Ability to interact with different levels in the organization
  • Previous V&A and Soft skills training experience is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Instructional design is desirable
  • Expertise in Excel & power point
  • Knowledge of basic banking terminology is desirable
  • Good facilitation skills
