Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the processes, voice operations, and underwriting.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and monitoring to ensure understanding and application of training content.
  • Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to address individual learning needs and improve performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.

 

Key skills and knowledge:

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Portuguese language with a focus on voice operations. Previous training experience is highly desirable.
  • Portuguese: Responsible and comprehensive knowledge for developing, delivering, and assessing training programs related to Portuguese voice processes, policies, key regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning software.

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
