Provide day-to-day work direction to the collections team, conduct workload studies, plan activities, set direction, and supervise and evaluate direct reports
Review and recommend process changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal risk frameworks, and privacy laws.
Define and agrees upon collections strategies with the leadership team.
Manage the respective collection team, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
Develops metrics to optimize team performance.
Drives the team to meet targets related to delinquency and losses.
