Job Description
Role and Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day work direction to the collections team, conduct workload studies, plan activities, set direction, and supervise and evaluate direct reports
- Review and recommend process changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal risk frameworks, and privacy laws.
- Define and agrees upon collections strategies with the leadership team.
- Manage the respective collection team, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Develops metrics to optimize team performance.
- Drives the team to meet targets related to delinquency and losses.
- Keyb skills and knowledge:
- Should have relevant experience in handling collections team/process
- Aware of KPIs and KRAs
