1. Ability to manage a team of 10-15 members
2. SLA and Volume Management
3. Internal and Client governance
4. Exposure to handling escalations
5. Accounts payable (Invoice processing, PO/Non-PO accounting, 2-way/3-way match, Vendor payments, Vendor balance reconciliation, QC, MIS reporting, Query handling)
6. Accounts Payable month close, Accruals
7. Analytical skills Key skills & knowledge

1. Exposure to any ticketing tool
2. Knowledge of any reporting tool
3. Accounts Payable, P2P
4. Being able to ideate, work on improvements
5. Training and SOP documentation
6. Yardi specifically or any other Accounting ERP system like SAP, Oracle etc.
