Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage a team for a Legal Process in an International BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, client handling, performance management, and employee engagement. This role involves overseeing team performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering an environment that promotes employee retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to ensure smooth execution of legal processes. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and client expectations.
  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. Regularly communicate progress, resolve issues, and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork and job satisfaction. Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover rates.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for legal processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Age: 30 to 40 years
  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
    • Prior experience in handling legal processes is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Management Skills:
    • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Other Skills:
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
