Bridge gaps in product, process, language, comprehension and cultural aspects of all LoBs
Represent Concentrix on client calls and calibrations
Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity
Responsible as per defined monthly/quarterly/yearly Training scorecards and PLA(Performance level agreement)
Responsible for managing retention during training
Manage/create process SOPs and training refreshers
Drive C-Sat & E-sat initiatives to add value to the Process and customer
Manage training MIS for classes and other related training work
Should be able to contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function
Shall be responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this role
Key skills & knowledge:
Graduation
Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to training
Must be flexible to work in a 24X7 environment
Proficient with MS Office
Should have basic knowledge of process mapping
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
