Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (Arabic). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in Arabic ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include Translation of Arabic to English and vice versa, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.

Qualifications-

- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any Graduate willing for night rotational shifts
