QAM Compliance 

Roles and Responsibilities:-

 

  • Interacts with clients as Single Point of Contact for all SOW and information security compliance, BCP and data security and HIPPA related issues
  • Will act as a liaison between delivery and internal IT teams to implement and maintain the internal controls to ensure information security, physical security, data security as well business continuity plans into the account for all the sites in accordance to SOWs and Tech M standards
  • Performs regular SOW audits to assess compliance and drive closure of findings as per specified TAT
  • Proactively identifies risks related to Information security, physical security, data security and BCP by periodically carrying out risk assessments.
  • Performs floor information security practices audits within the account as per an approved plan
  • Publish weekly and daily compliance dash boards 
  • Establishes additional controls and audit mechanisms as needed to protect Tech M’s reputation
  • Delivers process improvement projects targeting improvement of compliance controls using structured process improvement techniques (Lean, Six sigma, PDCA, SDCA, Kaizen etc.)
  • Ensures compliance to requirements related to QMS, ISMS, BCP and HIPPA standards within the account
  • Acts as internal auditor for QMS, ISMS and BCP for other accounts when assigned.
  • Co-ordinates quality management system and information security/BCP related audits both internal as well as external including client audits 
  • Create SOW awareness and information security practices in the floor.

 

 

 

 

Applicant’s  Specifications & Qualification: 

 

  • Graduation (any discipline) with 5-8 years of overall experience in BPO and 3-4 years in risk and compliance in a Health care RCM project
  • Deep domain understanding in implementing isk management, compliance techniques and HIPPA
  • Ability to lead regular interactions with clients on compliance related issues
  • Certified HIPAA Privacy Expert -Experience as internal auditor against ISO 27000/HIPPA requirements
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare Industry
  • Experience in managing deliverables and teams across multiple sites remotely.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and deliver rigorous analysis to quantify business case scenarios, options and risks
  • Out of the box thinker to develop tools and processes for best utilization of resources.
  • Ability to manage Internal and external clients; 
  • Highly assertive with Strong conflict management skills.
  • Excellent skills on Excel/Quality Tools / Data Analysis /Analytical Skills / Reporting.
  • Telecom/tech support/service desk experience will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills; ability to present ideas and solutions in a logical and articulate manner with the self-confidence to work with Senior Executives
  • Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines
  • Self-motivated Team player
