Develop training material as per the targeted audience/learner profiles to design tailored content using various instructional strategies.
Develop engaging and learner-centered content using tools such as Articulate SL 360 and Rise 360, Vyond, and similar tools.
Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to structure learning experiences across various modalities—eLearning, instructor-led, virtual, and blended.
Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, and job aids, etc.
Collaborate with SMEs and project managers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and deliver quality deliverables within defined timeliness.
Incorporate SME/user feedback to continuously improve learning content.
Ensure accessibility and inclusion in all content per WCAG or equivalent standards.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
3–5 years of experience in Instructional Design within corporate Learning & Development, eLearning, or workforce upskilling environments.
Proven experience designing and developing courses and curricula for adult learners across online, hybrid, and face-to-face delivery modes.
Strong grounding in instructional design models and adult learning principles, with hands-on experience using ADDIE and/or SAM.
Demonstrated ability to create clear storyboards, structure content logically, and design formative and summative assessments that measure learning outcomes
Proficiency with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
Skilled in developing interactive, learner-centered content that maintains flow, applies instructional principles, and drives behavior change on the job.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508) and how to apply them in digital learning.
Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude), prompt engineering for rapid content prototyping, ideation, quiz generation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining instructional quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong skills in creating polished learning materials and presentations using tools such as MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Masters
