Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, and animations that simplify complex information.
• Design engaging presentations, e-learning modules, and digital assets aligned with instructional content.
• Develop interactive elements like quizzes and activities that support learning objectives.
• Work closely with instructional designers to translate learning objectives into visual solutions.
• Understand the target audience's learning needs and ensure that visuals support content accessibility and clarity.
• Ensure that graphics align with instructional design principles and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM compliance).
• Ensure all training content follows the brand's style guide, maintaining consistency in colors, typography, and design elements.
• Adapt designs to match various platforms (e.g., mobile, desktop) and formats (e.g., video, e-learning).
• Create and edit multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, animation) that enhance the learner’s engagement.
• Work with voice overs and edit audio content
• Optimize images and graphics for different media formats and platforms, ensuring fast load times and high-quality visuals.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to refine visuals.
• Ensure that design work is aligned with the overall training program timeline and goals.

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience 
• Creative and imaginative mindset
• Collaborate with Content Writer and Content Developer on visual placement of creatives
• Cloud Use graphic design and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, etc.) to create high-quality visuals.
• Good understanding of Instructional design
