As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in French, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
Qualifications-
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Fluency in Italian and English ( C1 Certification in Italian is essential)
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any Graduate with minimum 6 months experience
