• 2–4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
• Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting
Key Skills
• Credit risk assessment (4Cs)
• Income calculation (Salaried & Self-Employed)
• Bank Statement & Full Doc underwriting
• DSCR knowledge preferred
• Review of appraisals, title, lien position & ownership documents
• Loan structuring & underwriting decisions
• Experience working on Encompass LOS
• Strong communication skills

Up to ₹8.5 LPA
• ₹62,800 in-hand
• ₹2,750 Monthly Incentive
• Travel Allowance:
o ₹3,500 (Both Ways)
o ₹1,750 (One Way)
