JD for Manager Operations (Insurance Sales)-
• Minimum qualification- Graduation
• Minimum 8 yrs. of experience in a BPO of which 3-4 years of experience as Team Manager / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Insurance Sales process
• Must have experience in BPO sector
• Manager Operations should be proficient in MS Office- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Manager Operations should be able to fluently converse and write in English & Hindi. Strong Communication Skills (Versant 60 & above)
• Should understand Operational Metrics, Coaching and Conflict management is expected from the role
• Shift Timing- 24/7
• 6 working days & rotational week-off
• Domestic process
