Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage recruitment related database
  • Report/Dashboard automation
  • Prepare strategic power point presentations / deck for Senior Leadership
  • Maintain Historical Data and trends
  • Prepare dashboard for key Matrices of Recruitment
  • Data analysis and proactively identify recruitment related challenges and issues
  • Data comparison and managing technical aspect of data evaluation
  • Performing routine data checks

 

Key skills & knowledge:

  • Minimum experience of 8 years in MIS/Reporting. 
  • Experience in managinga Team
  • Strong analytical and mathematical orientation 
  • Experience of data management, data crunching and data presentation 
  • Advance Excel knowledge (VBA macro) - mandatory
  • Good knowledge in Power Point presentation - mandatory
  • Knowledge of Power BI and analytical tools will be an added advantage
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong Communicator and decision maker
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
  • Ready to work in dynamic 24*7 shift environment
  • 6 days working
