• Minimum qualification Graduation
• Minimum 3-4years of experience BPO year of on paper experience as a QTL.
• Must have experience in Sales Insurance process as a QA or QTL.
• Should be proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Should be able to fluently converse and write in English & Hindi.
• Should have good knowledge of Quality Metrics, QC tools
• Shift Timing- 24/7
• 6 working days
• Domestic process
