Job Description

The Sales Assistant supports the Quote Owner (QO) and Sales teams by executing foundational quote‑to‑order activities. This role focuses on data collection, documentation, basic quote preparation, and system updates, ensuring smooth and timely progression of customer quotes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Quote Owners in gathering customer requirements, technical inputs, and mandatory documents.
  • Prepare basic and low‑complexity quote drafts using standard price lists and templates.
  • Populate pricing sheets and validate data accuracy under QO guidance.
  • Maintain quote trackers, customer records, and version control.
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to obtain required inputs.
  • Respond to customer emails related to basic pricing or documentation queries.
  • Ensure CRM systems are updated with latest quote status and customer information.
  • Adhere to defined quote governance and process guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business, Engineering, or equivalent).
  • 1+ year experience in telecom quote handling or sales support operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation tools.
  • Basic understanding of telecom products and commercial constructs.
  • Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Willing for UK shifts.
