Educational QualificationCMA / MBA / Qualified CA
Work ExperienceMinimum 3-4 years of experience as QA with overall 8 years of experience in F&A, Customer Service, ERP tools (SAP, Oracle finance) etc.,), F&A (AR, AP, RTR, Order to cash)
Language & Communication
  • Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.
  • Should have good communication skills in English

  • Perform transnational quality audits as per target 
  • Give feedback as per the identified areas of improvement within TAT
  • Identify areas of opportunity for the account and agents assigned

  • Perform BQ & TNI analysis and display continuous improvement 
  • Initiate Kaizen Projects based on the opportunities/defects identified 
  • Good understanding of QA calibration & Dip-check 
  • Participating in External and Internal calibration & client reviews 
  • Good knowledge of 7 QC tools 
  • Should have analytical blend of mind and decision-making capability 
  • Should have basic knowledge on Six Sigma and Lean concepts 
  • Knowledge on google sheets /Microsoft excel, formulas & Presentations
  • He/She should be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
  • Drive process performance to achieve and exceed deliverables
  • Accountable of team assigned and process performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide input on process changes and best practices
  • Relevant experience and understanding of end-end accounting, finance and helpdesk
  • Strong on Order-Cash, End to end Supplier management and payments, Invoicing, PO, PR, GRN, vendor management 
  • Should be aware of policies and regulations pertaining to accounting and general finance, helpdesk, 
  • Hands on experience in ERP tools (SAP,Oracle,Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.,)
  • Hands-on experience in handling payment issues, invoicing, should have a track of strong accuracy on invoicing, PO, PR etc.,
Eligibility
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as QA with hands on accounting experience into F&A (AR,AP,RTR, P2P, OTC), General ledger accounting and helpdesk
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Familiar with accounting and finance practices 
  • Expertise in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and process improvement
