Full Time PremiumThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (German). As a Team leader German language process, you will be responsible for handling team of customer support staff in German process, ensuring effective team working and SLAs acccomplishment.
Qualifications-
- Strong team handling skills incustomer service and experience
- Fluency in German and English ( C1 Certification in German is essential)
- Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with team members
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any Graduate with MINIMUM ONE YEAR experience as Team leader in German language process
