Responsibilities: Manage a Team of 13-15 agents

  • Meet key metrics of NPS, FCR, Transfers
  • Meet Sales target in volume and conversion rate.
  • Retention of customers
  • Retain the agents with a retention of 96%.
  • Maintain shrinkage of absenteeism and in office shrinkage
  • Meet daily coaching requirements.

 

Educational qualifications: Graduate in any stream
