This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (French). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in French, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. - Fluency in French and English ( B2 Certification in French is essential)

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
