This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (Urdu). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in Urdu ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include translation of Urdu / English into English / Urdu documents, providing product or service information to the customers in Urdu / English language.

- Fluency in Urdu and English
- Ability to effectively communicate

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any Graduate willing for night rotational shifts
- Minimum 6 Month experience
