Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Real-Time monitoring of queues and sound knowledge on different Outbound Dialing strategies to meet desired targets for collections portfolio.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day dialer related activities.
- Ensure SLAs & accuracy of all dialer related Activities and Reporting.
- Monitor Delivery attainment on Real time basis and track reasons for performance deviations.
- Assumption management.
Key skills and knowledge:
- Strong communicator and decision maker.
Sound knowledge of Dialers day to day operation (Data uploading, scrubbing & purging) - Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Genesys Dialer knowledge preferred - MS office skills
