This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Bengali). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in bengali ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.

- Fluency in Bengali and English

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
