This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (Tamil). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in Tamil ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include translation of Tamil / English  into English / Tamil documents, providing product or service information to the customers in Tamil/ English language.

- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Fluency in Tamil and English
- Ability to effectively communicate 
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Any Graduate willing for night rotational shifts
- Fresher or 6 Month experience
