Maintaining high quality standards for the email content and ensuring the timelines are met
Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements
Communication/support to the onshore team
Ensure operational metrics are appropriately managed and maintained by the team
Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the brand
Lead Business discussions and manage client expectations on the project and is able to negotiate/align on plans
Lead Discussion for new requirements
Constantly drive innovation and improvements in the team to improve quality and productivity.
Drive best practices within the team
Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design
The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for?
Excellent Communication Skills
Bachelor’s degree, willing to work across different shifts
Minimum 4 years Experience in Campaign Management and email content creation
Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused
•Need to have an ability to effectively handle tight deadlines and multiple projects
Managing client expectations with regards to Governance
Good at interacting with clients over phone or email
Strong Team Management, with atleast 4 years experience managing people
Strong with KPI, SLA and operational metrics
Working experience with content management.
Quick learner and ability to highlight risks and issues
Ability to honor commitments and deadlines on assigned tasks
Ability to prioritize tasks, complete assignments and Multitask.
Working experience on JIRA or Workfront would be an advantage
Flexibility to work across shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
