Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver communication and soft skills training for new hires and existing employees.
  • Design and update training modules; conduct workshops, role-plays, and refreshers.
  • Assess communication skills via tests, mock chats, audits, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify gaps through TNA, audits, and monitoring; share insights with stakeholders.
  • Ensure training meets client and organizational standards; maintain MIS and reports.
  • Support recruitment assessments; mentor new trainers; participate in calibrations.
  • Drive innovation in training; implement best practices across locations.
  • Meet monthly conversion and effectiveness targets, track and report improvements.

 

Key Skills and knowledge :

  • Strong verbal & written communication in English ; CAT score ≥ 5.5.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, cultural awareness, and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; data handling and interpretation skills.
  • Analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities; ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Organizational skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment ; experience in international customer service preferred.
  • OD experience and ability to manage diverse accents/dialects are added advantages.
