Job description
- Screening candidates through various sources
- Align shortlisted candidates for interview rounds with MNC Clients
- Acting as the front-line contact person for applicants
- Scheduling interviews and maintaining cordial relations
- Guiding candidates on the interview process
- Taking part in mock interviews
- Assisting with office administration when required
Required Skills
The Recruiting person should possess the following skills, attributes, and qualifications:
- Post graduate degree preferably with HR
- Expert computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Enthusiasm and a capacity for hard work
- Strong interest in recruitment
