Role Summary

The Sales Operations Admin acts as a core Quote Owner, responsible for managing moderate‑complexity quotes, pricing validation, compliance checks, and governance adherence. This role bridges Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely quote submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate customer requirements received from Sales.
  • Apply approved pricing models, discount frameworks, and cost structures.
  • Prepare moderate‑complexity quotes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate contract terms, tenure, service configurations, and commercial assumptions.
  • Coordinate internal approvals in line with delegation of authority (DoA).
  • Track customer acceptance, revisions, and final sign‑off timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, pricing governance, and audit standards.
  • Liaise with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal for clarifications and approvals.
  • Perform quality checks on quotes before submission to customers.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecom commercial operations or quoting.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills for pricing and margin validation.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, QTB, SRT).
  • Good understanding of telecom products, services, and contractual constructs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
