What are we looking for?

 7-11 years’ experience in Dashboard development (Looker/ Power BI) development
• Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role
• Experience in working with large and complex data models, using DAX (if Power BI), LODs (if Tableau), etc
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to strategic decision
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and information hierarchy
• Ability to Debug tags to understand and mitigate data issues
• Experience in data warehouse / cloud platforms like snowflake, GCP, Databricks etc
• Advance SQL, Python

• Industry Experience – Beauty, CPG, Retail 
 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Use data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of logics, formulas used in the dashboards
• Generate insights using the available data
