Experience Required

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in BPO operations.

-At least 1yr experience in Manager operations international voice process designation

- Must have documented managerial experience.

- Experience managing teams of 100+ agents.

-Experience in healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the international voice process for assigned teams in Gurugram

- Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

- Support and develop team leaders and supervisors to achieve performance targets.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with senior management and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
