Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the processes, voice operations, and underwriting.
Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to ensure they are current and effective.
Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and monitoring to ensure understanding and application of training content.
Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to address individual learning needs and improve performance.
Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
Key skills and knowledge:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage with a focus on voice operations. Previous training experience is highly desirable.
Mortgage & Underwriting Expertise: Responsible and comprehensive knowledge for developing, delivering, and assessing training programs related to mortgage underwriting processes, policies, key regulations and compliance.
Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles.
Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning software.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
