We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intelligent solutions that scale and meet the needs of our projects.

• Develop AI Models: Design and build machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models to automate business processes and enhance decision-making.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure it is ready for training AI models.
• Model Optimization: Tune and optimize models to improve performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and implement AI solutions.

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying AI models.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, with experience in AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. Backend framework like Django/Flask.
• Machine Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Data Handling: Experience with data manipulation and preprocessing using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Deep Learning: Familiarity with neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and other deep learning architectures.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI models.
• Database Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data storage solutions.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
