What are we looking for? • Data collation, analysis, and reporting capability
• Expert in GCP, SQL, Excel
• Create metadata, pipelines for analytics
• Ability to mentor and guide team members
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Prior experience of handling large volumes of data for Adhoc analysis and standard business reporting, data wrangling
• Developing pipelines and deploying jobs in production e.g. using Airflow
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong team player and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment 
• Attention to detail and ability to work in high pressure environment
• Experience with Python
• Experience in CPG, Retail, Beauty
• Previous experience of BI tools (e.g. Looker or Tableau or Power BI) 
 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Build/Maintain logical, physical, and semantic data models that support marketing KPIs, campaign reporting, attribution, segmentation, and personalization
• Build/Maintain scalable schemas, data marts, and analytical layers optimized for performance in BI and analytics applications
• Maintain metadata standards, data catalogs, and documentation to ensure data traceability and discoverability
• Lead efforts to ingest, standardize, and harmonize data from multiple marketing sources
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and define access controls and security models for sensitive customer data
• Perform bug diagnosis and fix
