Role and Responsibilities

Assistant Manager for ASD projects supports the coordination and management of projects related to UK operations. 

They communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals, contribute to the planning and development of projects, and oversee project goals as directed by project managers. 

They also create and deliver reports, analyse data from project execution, and perform any other duties as determined by project managers.

• Development of new applications based on the roadmap.
• Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.
• Performs Technical feasibility.
• Produces Impact Assessment and design document for sign off.
• Share wireframe for sign off.
• Development of new CRs as per requirement.
• Supports Defects fix during STLC and UAT
• Support and Maintenance of existing application used in the Contact Centre
• Manages compliance activities within the application
• Providing guidance and support to team members on Dot Net technologies and best practices
• Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in Dot Net and sharing best practices internally

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from any recognized education board
• Preferred: Engineering, Computer Application, Computer Science
• Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in Dot Net Technologies and SQL

• Design automation based on client requirements and IT standards
• Project Management ,Project Planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Secured SDLC process
• Establishing a bottom-up approach to ASD implementations.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of any changes and have proactive communication forums
• Hands-on experience in Dot Net Technologies like Dot net Framework, Dot net Core,

ASP.NET 4.5,MVC,C#,SQL Server 2008/2016,Entity Frame work / Angular JS,JavaScript/ J-Query/ JSon,Web Services / WCF,MS Visual Studio2017/19/22, TFS, etc.
