- Must have documented managerial experience.
- Experience managing teams of 300+ agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the international voice process for assigned processes
- Implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Support and develop team leaders and supervisors to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
