Job Summary:

Candidate should have proven track record in leading ServiceNow development projects, designing and implementing complex solutions, and mentoring team members. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, strong technical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow development framework.
  • Creating custom forms, lists, and reports.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using web services and APIs
  • Responsible for integration with multiple LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other Infrastructure tools
  • Designing and implementing custom workflows to automate IT service management processes
  • Developing custom scripts to perform specific tasks or calculations
  • Writing and maintaining client scripts to enhance the user interface and improve the user experience
  • Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
  • Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Design, Develop and Implement solutions for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC and Knowledge
  • Manage implementation and execution of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Watch, Orchestration, Performance Analytics
  • Responsible for implementation of ServiceNow Data Model
  • Excellent Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web Services

Basic Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • With an overall of 5+ years of experience in IT Development, a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in ServiceNow is required.
  • Expertise in CSM ServiceNow Portal and custom application development
  • Good exposer on ServiceNow platform, having good knowledge on ServiceNow components like client scripts, business rules, ACL, Script includes, UI pages, Ui actions, work flows, flow designer
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration platforms (Integration Hub, Flow Designer).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, and Event Management).
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Knowledge)
  • Experience in other ITSM systems, such as BMC Remedy
  • Should have experience on Virtual agent & Agent workspace, Virtual Designer
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, Jelly scripting, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Expertise in development activities in ServiceNow implementation in scope/out of scope (OOB).
  • Having experience with scripting in ServiceNow (server side, client side, UI policy, data policy scripting)
  • Having experience in service catalogue, workflow, flow designer customization.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITSM, HAM, ITAM certification
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
