- Candidate should be very good with comms in English and Hindi
- Candidate should have knowledge of scheduling based on workload method and Erlan-C
- Candidate should have detailed knowledge of capacity or manpower planning along with client handling experience for capacity calls
- Candidate should have knowledge of PCM & FTE billing
- Candidate from Telecom or E-commerce background would be preferred
- If candidates’ current role is TL then minimum 2 years of experience should be there and if candidate is at AM Role then minimum 1 years of experience would be require
- Candidate should have experience of handling a large team like 5-10 minimum team members and he/she should not be on an IC role.
Graduation is must.
